Hi Deb; We have a camper and do some traveling, but the last few weeks we have had it parked in a local camp ground and I have been comuting back and forth to work, but it is nice to sit by a fire every nite with the neighbors. We are staying until after labor day. Tomorrow is my daughters 30th bd and monday is huby's so bd party along with a "MARS" party this weekend. (Mars and the moon). Karen, Hello hun ~Hugs~ Hey I love camping but I have not been in SOOOO long. I am hoping to go next year for sure, so much going on this year and all. Yes I love to sit by the fire while camping, my mother also has a chimonia (those things you can burn wood in for outdoors) and we might be able to do that Sat night, as long as it is not to hot. YEs i was very shocked to have dropped that one pound this morning. MY eyes practically popped out of my head. SOMEDAYs like this am didnt think i deserved the lb gone. YES, i will re start up my gym membership and try to get there when i can to work out. ITS gonna be working out at night but better then nothing i guess. MY doctor stressed for my future maintance i need to make the workouts a habit now and he made good sence. So ill begin. When the kids start back to school on the 2nd ill start going back at that time and make it fall into our routines for back to school ANOTHER nice thing my surgeon mentioned to me is and its motivating to hear is that my weight loss now has me a BMI that make me not eligible or the surgery. OUT of that morbidly obesete category! WOO hoo! So fun to hit these milestones well enjoy and i bet ur gonna loose this weekend! LOVE YA LISA

Hi Debra! Have a nice trip down to LI. My parents are visiting from FL and making the rounds to all the kids. This weekend they'll be with me. I'm sure Mom and I will shop shop shop - thats after we go for our manicures and pedicures! I hope we get nice weather this weekend. Have a great weekend all! -Dee

Dear Debra, Hope you have a good weekend at your Mom's and hope you enjoy your Saturday get-together. I wish I could make it -- maybe next time. I have my 2nd appt. with surgeon next Thursday -- so it's getting close. I can't believe it. I also started seeing a therapist -- who I love -- and my assignment for this week is to find at least a 1/2 hour a day for me and think about some other things that I enjoy that I could do instead of eating. I have alot of work ahead of me and I tend to get overwhelmed and have to remind myself take it one day at a time. Have a great weekend and look forward to meeting you soon. Love Debbie
