Hello All ~Hugs~ Yes finaly we are at the end of the week... I don't know why but this week has been a long one and I for one am glad it is over. Well I am going to LI for the weekend but not going to be doing much so I am looking forward to that. Though I would rather not have to drive the 2 hrs but good to see Mom. Also hubby needs to finish up my Moms screen in porch. Well just post to say hello and let us all know what you are doing for the weekend. GOODMORNING DEBRA!!!! TGIF FOR SURE!!!! I am excited for this weekend as its my daughters first cheering performance and its a big event! I am thankful the weather will be comfortable for this outdoor event. I did go see my surgeon and they do clasify me as an above average looser weighing in one week shy of 3 months post op at 82 lbs gone since my first visit to his office end of FEBRUARY and surgery of june 1st. MY blood work came back very impressive....my cholestrol is normal! YEP normal....my blood sugar is great, vitamin B is great, iron is fine and pottassium is good as well. THE only area i have to work on is my working out. I have clearance to begin at my gym (ladies express) again so i now need to make that a habit to help with long term success. OTHERWISE the visit was great. HOPE everyone else is doing well, and i imagine alot of us JUNE surgery people will have 3 month check ups comeing up. TGIF!!!!! I am sooooooooooo glad its Friday!! I have a support meeting tonight, then a surprise 40th b-day party in NJ for my best friend, then sunday a little shopping at Old NAvy!! Lisa, That is awesome news.... I get my script on Sept 15th to have the bloodwork done so I guess she will call me after it is in. I hope you have a great Sat hun and it goes well. Yes the weather looks good for it, which is great. Yeah I am slow with the working out as well hun and I am not sure how to get myself motivated to get back into a routine. hey I see your lower then me today. It ain't here a second too soon for me, either. Yesterday I began the afternoon wit some exceedingly painful gas cramps and then [who woulda known I was so full of ^%$*] I had to stop three times on the way home. And It's still going on, so I am wagering that I got some kind of intestinal flu or something, because I didn't eat anything to cause it. But all in all, I feel pretty darn good. It was wonderful to see both Corey and Jonathan check in this week. Now we just need Alice and Evelyn to also poke their busy noses in and say hello! And a few others who have evaporated
