hey all ,, just thought i would check in and let you all know im still alive and doing very very well.....
i had my surgery on 6/20 and preop i weighd 313 and as of today 1 weigh 245 cool i love this tool havent had any bad things with eating or anything
well i have to go but i will be back bye
