Severely Obese!

Hello Everybody! I just updated my profile and realized I'm no longer MORBIDLY OBESE! As of today I'm just Severly Obese! Okay, I know that sounds , but come on! It's my mini-wow! lol And, just two months ago, I cried when I got on the scale! Who knew I'd want to get on it! Hope you're having a great day! Andi 289/232/160

That is great news Andi! I'm just curious...what is the BMI for severly obese? It is amazing how i love jumping on the scale these days. I used to avoid it like the plague. Have a great day Gail

Thanks! Severely obese is 35.0-39.9. I'm currently 39.8! Barely there, but there for sure! Andi

Even better news for you. The BMI calculator at this site puts you at just obese with a bmi of 39.8. That should make you feel even greater. Congrats!!!! Deb 239/200/125
