Hello my AMOS Family, ~Hugs~ Just wanted to stop in and say HELLO. Today is a nice day and so wishing I was home to enjoy it but what can ya do, have to pay the bills. Well post and let us know how you all are doing. Even you lurkers I am just enjoying going through some old clothes, giving them to the Red Cross, which helped us so much when we had the house fire in Jan. They are in need to the plus sizes as I was. My cuz has been giving me her clothes that no longer fit (pants 18/20, shirts 20/24) and that is my size now. Some 18 are getting to big She had one outfit that is a L and it fits but to tight for me so it will not be long before I am wearing a Large in pants. Hi Debra, good morning!! It is indeed an absolutely gorgeous day! I am at work and instead of putting on the AC I have opened my office windows and turned on my clip on fan for air circulation...it feels wonderful...I can even hear the birds chirping outside and hear the leaves rattling on the trees It's that time of the month for me and yesterday I was sooooo hungry all day...I drank, drank, drank, and relied on SF jello and mozzarella cheese sticks (mostly) and fruit shakes with protein powder. As for my weight loss, I think I'm stuck at 247 But then, again, it may be just because of my period. Historically, I have always gain a few pounds during these days--thank God this is not the case this time, just not losing any Anyhow, hope you have a wonderful day. Enjoy!! God bless! Dolly

Dolly, Hello hun ~Hugs~ Yeah we had the windows open as well but now that the sun is moving around this way and we have so many windows here, plus I am in a loft office so it gets hot up here. Now the AC is on but I will take a little ride (to the bank) at lunch just to enjoy the sun. Yeah I know the feeling about gaining at that time, I am also feeling as if it will be starting soon. Good morning Deb well I know what ya mean about being home to enjoy the day.....in the summer that is where I want to be.....maybe I will go back to school to be a teacher so I can get the summer off.... I would love to have it off and spend it with the kids....and just soak up lots of sun (tan) That is great that you are sending your clothes to the red cross, one hand washing the other....and wow a large you are really doing great Deb keep up the good work.....I think the large fits you but you are so use to wearing clothes big on you to hide yourself, just like most of us and when we put something on that is fitting we think it's to tight..... Have fun with your weight loss...I wish I could get some hand me downs....how funny is that when I was a kid I didn't want my sisters hand me downs and now I wish I could get them.... clothes are costing me to much....it seems I wear something once or twice and then it doesn't fit anymore.... Well I'm here and I don't want to be, but I'm here I have bills to pay too.... Christine 346/231/?

Christine, Hello hun. ~Hugs~ So good to see ya here. Thanks for the call yesterday, it was so awesome to hear from you. Yeah soaking up the sun sounds good to me. In our new place there have a little lake that has a small beach which I might use before the end of this year, we will see. Yeah I know it was hard for me to get the clothes I needed ASAP as all of our clothes burnt up, they did not have plus size sitting around but now they should. It is just something I feel I need to do. My hubby was able to go to Target and get some but they had smaller plus sized clothes but nothing for me. The Red Cross did give me a voucher for Fashon Bug and I love them for that, it took them a while to get a hold of the local bug to have them agree to take the voucher but they did so I was able to get something to wear the next day! No really the Large just does not fit yet but so close... I know that I like to hide under my clothes but at this time I love showing off that I lost some weight. Hello Debra and all of my OH friends! Unfortunately, I will be stuck in class for 4 hours today!!!! Thank goodness it is the last one. Then I am going to some pottery-making place with some friends tonight. I've never done that before, so it should be fun. I hope you all have a WONDERFUL day!

Erin, Hello hun ~Hugs~ Well I still have 5 more hrs of work so you will be free before me. Well that is good that it is the last one for you. I loved pottery making in high school and I also took it in adult ed at night, I had a blast. I should look for a place like that around here to get back into it again. HI DEBRA.... SO glad to hear that your makeing good on the clothes that dont fit you know! ISNT it a blast to get into the new sizes and totally amaze ourselves???? i had lost about 100 lbs 2.5 years ago so i have smaller stuff and im thrilled that im getting into that stuff now. I also used to be a member of an atkins board (well still active there in the century club) and there was a gal in need of plus size clothes 30/32's and 26/28. She just had a baby and her maternity stuff is too big yet she cant get in her before prego clothes and she was a bit poor...so i just mailed her out a box of stuff that swims on me as a gift to her. I felt good to do a good deed. I also didnt accept money for the shipping and she is in TX. SORRY to hear of a fire in your home. THAT must have been quite the ordeal to experience. (((HUG)). Well just wanted to pop in say hi...your melting away girl! LISA
