Hello All ~Hugs~ Just wanted to peek in and see how your weekend went? Mine was awesome, we went to the motorcyle ralley about 160 miles upstate from were we live, in Norwich. What a great time, we rode about 160 miles on Sunday morning and Sat day/night was a meet and greet. I will post some pics in my profile but not that many as I was so busy visiting with everyone. morning deb, Glad you had a good weekend. Mine was good as well. Took a ride to Albany to see some friends on Saturday... and just hung out yesterday with the kids in the yard.. boy was it HOT... so glad the heat has broken a bit!! Anyway happy monday! Marla, Hello hun ~Hugs~ I am glad you had a great time seeing your friend. Yes it has been sooo hot and we were all dressed up in our leather vests and jeans, WOW it was hot but it was nice while riding the motorcycles but when you stopped it was a killer. We never hit a drop of rain but we did hit some wet roads and the stray from the motorcycles felt good while you are soooooo hot from the sun. Thanks hun, it feels like it is so slow and I just hope it stays this rate but I know at the 6 month mark it slows down. So I need to get cracking more. hey Deb this was a pretty Good weekend for me as well. Went to a Block Party Sat and a Picnic Sunday. I even stayed Good on my Atkins diet. Now down to 392 (13 lbs) Need to lose another 7 by Sept 7. Im feeling pretty confident. I want to make my Liver as small as possible for my Surgeon. If not he will have to do my Surgery open and I dont want that at all. Well stay well and Ill see ya soon. Louis, WOW you are doing awesome with the weight loss.... CONGRATS... You will have that last 7 lbs gone soon and even have some room for your last meal thingie.. I am glad you had a great time hun. I think weekends are just to short. Well of course if they can do lap that is better for the healing as well as your pain so you do have to do what you have to do. Which you are doing nicely. HEY DEBRA...sounds like a nice time that you had at the motorcycle ralley. SOUNDS like a great little getaway that you had. FOR me i took my kids down to our lake all weekend. We also found a lost snapping turtle that was about a foot long in size. I finally got a animal rescue group to come out and move the turtle to safer ground...i think his pond dried up and he was looking for water and going the wrong way. FINALLY found a group that came and put him in the swamp near our lake to live. THE turtle seemed to happy and dove right into the water and took off. My weekend was family and swimming and i really cant complain any at all. LISA 310/233/onderland!

Hey Debra WOW sounds like your ride was cool!! We took the kids to the Yankee game on Saturday in 98 degree weather which was a little crazy but they are such troopers!! Sunday did some yard work and shopping. But a good weekend overall. Missed you and glad to see you are back. Tina 330/178/150?

Tina, Hello hun ~hugs~ Yeah we really did enjoy ourselves but then again, anything I do with hubby is a good time because he is my very best friend! yeah it was soooo hot and to be dressed in jeans and all, it was really crazy but took plenty of water with us. Hey Debra! My weekend was great. I thew my annual summer party on Saturday. We had a great time, but it was sooooooooooooooo hot out! By the end of the night, people looked like they were ran over by trucks! ha ha ha Yesterday I just lounged around in the pool and relaxed. Today I am working on a paper for school...no fun! Have a good one!
