Hi Karry I found that if I eat Angel Hair Pasta it sits better with Wilma. I don't eat much of it but since it is so light compared to regular pasta I can tolerate it much better. Marianne

I have trouble with the thin pasta because I can't seem to chew it enough before it slides down. So I stick with things like lasagna, tortellini, the ricotta cheese helps for some reason.

I think I have tried every shape and size there is, and it makes no difference. Guess I will just eat and suffer!! Karry

I wish pasta was the enemy!! I have no problems tolerating it and I almost wish I did. Pasta was always my trigger food and it was one of the first things I tolerated well after surgery. I can only eat about 1/4 or 1/3 cup but my head tells me to keep going...
