Just to say hi!

Hello everyone! I haven't posted in awhile, been busy w/ work and my family life. I was finally able to go back to Curves at the beginning of August. My Dr wouldn't write me back for 3 months after my surgery. Boy does it feel great to be back! I'm down 111 lbs now! Only 71 more to go to hit goal! It still blows my mind how fast the weight has fallen off! A year ago if someone asked me if I would have considered this surgery I would have said "no way"! I'm sooo glad I reconsidered! My before and after pics are up on my profile-check them out. Well gotta go-laundry needs to be started. God I hate housework! With 2 boys and a husband it seems like it never gets done! Chris, I take for granted that most people I communicate w/ on this site know that I had to lose 40 lbs pre op. I lost 42 prior to surgery. I included that in my total weight loss. Barb

Barbara, OMG!!!! That is amazing!!!! you lost the weight of my 15 year old daughter in 3 months......she is a woman!!!! Congratulations. Janean

Janean, Actually, I started my weight loss in Dec 04. I had to lose 40 lbs pre op. I lost 42 and I include that in my total weight loss. But I feel great and I know I look ALOT better too! My husband makes me laugh when he tells people "it's like sleeping with a new woman every week!" My body is changing week to week. Take care, Barb
