Christine, Hello hun ~hugs~ Today is NOT a good day for me, I tried this new bariatric vitamin from my Surgeons office (they where only $5.00 for 30 pills) and well I swollowed one and it must have gotten stuck because when I eat my toast with natural peanutbutter it did not like that. I got sick before I left for work as well as the other end a couple of times. Made it to work, got sick and all there and left to come home. I got back home and was for 2 hrs. Finaly it stopped once there was NOTHING left in my tummy and I only had 2 bites of the peanutbutter so go figure. I slept some and then starting to drink, well it went ok but my pouch was still hurting so I took it slow and now I can keep stuff down but the pouch is still mad. Just making sure I get what protein I can today and the must is pushing my water!!! I have to say that I am NOT liking these new vitamins, I also did the test where you put them in water and it took 30 mins to break down so I think they will just past right through me so back to my trusty Centrum Chewables. Imagine vitamins being sold like that from your surgeon! This one was a bad day, and the worse I felt since sugery but I know it is normal to have days like this, just hope my boss knows that too. Hi Christine WOW I am always late for these things (sorry) I have been busy working on my tan at the beach before my Plastic Surgery that I am having done next month. I wont be able to be in the SUN after I have the PS done so I am doing it now. I have been approved for my second PS so I am doing it on 09/07/05 in Albany so this should be my final surgery and the end of my WLS journey. When I have it done and get back home I will let everyone know. Have a great weekend and talk to you soon. Tony for joy and cant wait for my PS
