[just grins] A day ahead of yourself there, Louis! So a day ahead - good luck with the remaining 15 lbs. Brisk walking burns more calories than running and walking up stairs burns more calories than any other excercise.
Hope that helps! Oh - and red or green vegetables, chicken or fish, beef once a week and no pork. That works fairly well too.

Sorry I missed your hello yesterday. ~Hugs~ You will do good on your pre surgery diet, I just know it. You will not let anything stand in your way of this surgery, you have been through so much just to get where you are right now and congrats on that hun. ~hugs~ I am so very proud of you my AMOS buddy...
