I can't get my hands on my paperwork at the moment and I need to make some calculations. How much calories, protein, fat, etc should I be consuming in one day to maintain a healthy weight loss momentum. I know everyone's surgeon says something different but I can't get my surgeon's nutritionist on the phone. I'm 3 1/2 months out and have lost 67 pounds. Thanks for your help...You all always have answers for me and that is such a comfort... Laura-

Hi Laura My md was only specific about protein saying I should get at least 60 and nutritionist said 70 grams. So I don't really track anything else as long as I stick to getting that much protein in. Do they have a website you could check. Good Luck, Tina

Laura, Every surgeon and nutritionist if different (2 months out), mine tells me: Calories: 600-800 Protein: 40-60 grms fat: not more then 30 grms Carbs: not more then 40 grms I am not sure if that will help, seems everyone follows something different here, depending on the Dr's. The best if to get your surgeons numbers. I am having a struggle because I did not use my surgeons nutritionist so I am always adjusting my numbers it seems. Best if luck hun ~hugs~ Debra P
