Dr. Cussatti out of Good Sam (anyone??)

I had my first meeting with Dr. Cussatti yesterday for a seminar I have already started the process (testing, etc) and he will be the one to operate on me. Just wondering if anyone has used Dr. Cussatti or Good Samaritan hospital for Banding or RNY. I am going for the band. Dr. Cussatti is the only doctor around that accepts my insurance and does the band. He seems to be very nice, (not to mention young and good looking -- which doesn't hurt)..... Just looking for some feedback. Thanks.
