TGIF, I have been MIA

Hi All, Just wanted to say Hi. I have not been on the boards much as I am now working full time and the summer is such a busy time. I am doing well. Not losing very fast but losing just the same. I am down to 153 for a loss since surgery of 65 and a total of 76. I am 28 lbs from a normal BMI. I think I want to lose about 30ish more lbs. Not sure yet. My cholesterol is down to a good lever and my triglycerides is down to 91 :> Wearing mostly size 10 (I can't believe it). Feel fabulous and I am scheduled to see the Plastic surgeon in Nov. I have a hernia in my navel which bothers me a lot and hope to have a tummy tuck with hernia repair and I really want to get my arms done they are soooo saggy. The bat wings are making me so self concious especially in the summer clothes. I am happy to see so many of you doing so well. Prayers & love with you all. Mary

Hi Mary and glad to see you are doing so well, summer sure is a busy time for most of us thats for sure. I see you are thinking PS and thats a good thing, I remember when I did my first PS it was so nice to see all that extra skin GONE. Now I am going for my second and I hope last PS sometime in September after summer is over, I got my insurance approval letter in the mail on Thursday after they said NO the first time but I kept after them and they are paying for this one like the first one. So keep up the great job and you will make your goal for sure and TGIF to you as well. Tony

Thanks Debra, it was a long road to get them for a approval for my second plastic surgery, the first one was easy but this one took 8 months of documentation but in the end it will be worth it. I am planning on doing it sometime in September when the weather is cool so we will see. Have a great weekend ~HUGS~ Tony

Mary, Hello hun... ~ugs~ yes the summers can be busy, I love being outside when I can. Well I should say when it is nice, not this really high humid weather but now it broke again and the next couple of days look good. That is so awesome about your numbers moving down, all of them.
