Hello, My AMOS Family
Just thought I would drop in and let everyone know that I am all set for Thursday. I am excited, but I am not nervous in the least bit.
Tomorrow I have to have clear liquids until midnight and then nothing until I pass the "leak test". I put my Fruit 2 O, Crystal Lite, SF Jello, juice, and bottled water into the fridge so it is cold tomorrow. I also have my broth ready. I am really on my way!!!! Sometimes I can hardly believe that it has finally arrived.
Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks! All prayers are welcome. I am not nervous, but my husband will be. I keep telling him that if it is my turn to be taken by God, I will go whether I am sitting in a chair in the living room or on the OR table. So there is nothing to be nervous about. It is all in God's Hands as our lives have and always will be.
Good luck with your intake tomorrow. I hope everything goes smoothly for you and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
God bless you!!

Thank you so much. I will pray that your journey goes smoothly for you. Keep us posted about your progress.
This group of people are wonderful resources in themselves. They are with you through your happy times and your sad times. They are here for support, encouragement, to answer questions and just to listen if you need to vent.
Good Luck in your pursuit to a healthier, happier life.
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Brenda,
Congratulations on your date -- you must be excited. I pray that you will have an uneventful surgery and a quick recovery. Good luck and let us know how you are doing. I can't wait until I have a date too! It must be surreal with all the tests and planning, etc.
You said it best -- it's in God's hands and I pray that He keeps you healthy and strong.
Love

I am so excited for you! I have been thinking about you a lot lately! I was out of town then came down with strep throat so I have been out of the works for a little while.
Anyway two more days...I bet you are so ready now! Talk about being really prepared...3rd times a charm huh...
I pray for a peace that surpasses all to be with your husband and family, to allow them to see the peace and calm that you have and be able to walk in that as well.
I want to pray for Gods hand to be with every hand that comes in contact with you during your stay at the Arnot. From the Dr's to the nurses and all in between.
I pray for that "text book" procedure that has no hidden surprises.
I also pray for that speedy recovery that we all long for.
Lord, Brenda knows this isn't going to be an easy road, but she is so ready for it. She has a good support system and I pray that she doesn't need for anything during her recovery time. I pray that there are people there to help her out with everything from the housework to preparing meals for her husband.
Thank you Lord for hearing my prayers. I am believing that you are have already set things in motion for her day and I thank you for that!
In Jesus name I pray
amen
