Where do I find recipes on this site? I just thought it would be nice to check out things the older post-ops found helpful. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Brenda, Hun I am not sure on this site but you can check out bariatriceating.com and she has some awesome ones on there, also in her book Susan Marie's Before and After, wow I really enjoyed that reading and it really helped me out. Also she has some great recipes in there! I hope that helps hun.

I also ordered 2 books from Amazon.com on eating after WLS and I am waiting on them to come in. I will let ya know how they are....

Thanks for the info. I knew someone would have an answer. I will check out bariatriceating.com later. Do you know someone with name of "Tudor" who has recipes on their website or profile or something? Well, I will be back later to check in as I am going to go meet my Angel for a bite to eat.
