It seems so long until I get this thing started. What a longgggggg wait to just get in for my first appt. I have been checking in every once in a while to see how everyone is doing. I did jot down the foods that I will be needing to get when and if I ever get this surgery. I did receive some paper work from the Dr. office, I think while I have the day off I will get that done today. Yesterday I went to our area's Arts festival in town. Nice to get out and walk around a little bit. I was with my mother who was struggling just to walk a hundred yards at a time. She canceled her initial appt with the surgeon due to my Grandfather having a serious fall and has set her back in her journey. I was jus****ching her and knowing I will be like that if I don't do something NOW. I am already having a lot of knee pain, and have had a previous back injury that will always be with me. I did discover a booth at the Art festival that sold magnetic jewelry. I bought an anklet, which I had sized for me. I am hoping the claims to pain relief actually work. I somehow have already felt some relief, hopefully it gets better and better. My mother also bought some, I sure hope it helps her. Anyway, I hope you are all doing well and have a wonderful day!!!

Shannon, Some people say it took them a long time to get that 1st appt, hang in there hun and it will go by quick. I know when I was waiting for surgery I found myself not wanting to go out or anything, all I could think about was having the surgery, but now since I am 7 weeks post op I want to do more so I can not wait until I have lost more weight and see how I am feeling then! No stopping me at that time. Well I wish you the best hun. ~hugs~ Love, Peace and Happiness, Debra P 285/243/125??
