Hi Deb, Yes...a beautiful day...I had off so we took the little ones to the pool, and it was nice. I hung around by the baby pool with my little girl....I still dont have a bathing suit, but I am going tomorrow after work and buying one. I havent been in a bathing suit in about.....7 years. I kind of looked around, and there are sooo many overwieght people that I'm being silly not to enjoy the water with the kids. I truly dont think though that if I didnt have this surgery that I would be getting in the pool....it's weird...I'm only a little less, but I want to get moving. Oh...and as for exercise...that was never a word in my vocabulary.....but I'm trying to make it a part of my life. I'm actively walking every other day, and I've noticed that I'm doing more than before with the kids....like at the park or outside, and at work I'm no longer taking the elevator, only the stairs. Anyway, good for you walking the treadmill!!!! I have to dust mine off and take the clothes off!!! it's been a fixture sort of...an ugly fixture....for now I would rather walk outside, but on rainy days I'm going to use it. love, Janean

Janean, Oh that is awesome that you had today off, it was a really nice one. Glad you got to go to the pool with your daughter. I can not wait until I am ready to get a bathing suit again.
