Hi Debra, good to see you today! This weekend was sooooooooooo hot that I spent a good portion of it in the pool with my grandchildren. Hubby and I even snuck in it at midnight the other night all by ourselves. Wooohoo! I am doing a protein sparing modified fast diet to lose my 10% before surgery and last week I lost 8.5 lbs! I was flying!! Now if I can continue like this, my 10% will be gone in no time. (hopefully) Glad to see that you had a great weekend! Laurie

Laurie, Hun that is awesome with the 8.5 Lbs, yes at that rate you will be down before you know it. I hope you get your date soon hun...~Hugs~ I often wish I had a pool to do some excercise in, that would be awesome, well maybe some day. Take care hun Debra P

Hello Deb Glad to see ya losing more. (you go girl). As I told you the Pulmonologist gave up his fight with me and sent the Clearance letter. I promised I would go see him Thursday he just wants me to take another Breathing TEst, However he sent the clearance already I spoke to the Surgeon. So I begin to wait to join you on the Losing side. Louis
