Im BACKKKKKKKK!
Hello everyone! Its been awhile! I hope that everyone is doing well. I have been so busy, a new grandson born March 21st, and I am working two jobs now, so there goes alot of my time, and have also been trying to enjoy my first THIN summer. I have lost 160 pounds, wearing a 6-8, and am planning for plastics in April. I had started smoking again last August and quit again last Monday...having a hard time staying away from food...any suggestions?

Charl good to see you again! I drink a huge mug of either iced tea or water or some such thing to make me not think of food. Otherwise, I try to eat stuff that is not bad for me, like rabbit food or fruit.
You will do great. I had my abdo on May 31. Piece of cake!
