Hello everyone I hope everyone is doing well, sorry I haven't been here I have been very busy here at work and with taking care of my foot I have to do foot soaks and exercise the toe but it is so time consuming I just don't want to do it anymore but I have to it is healing nicely.... So who is here and what are you up to.....I hope you all have a great day... remember to take your vitamins, water and protiens do some exercise and sign some surgery pages today... :wave; hi im here just got back from taking hb to eye doc he is a little upset cause he had to get bifolkils (sp)i said i still love you , you old fart (he will be forty this november) well i hope everyone is healthy and happy im doing good i had my surgery on 6/20 and as of today i have lost 45 lbs and im loving it still cant stand the protein drinks but am going to try the unjury unflavored alot of people have said they cant even tell the stuff is in there drinks or there food so cross youre fingers for me but i am getting in protein by meat and fish so ill be ok my thing is i dont know if im getting in enough water i used to pee all day and now i go maybe 4/5 times a day and dont go that much ? is that normal ? im getting in abought 50 to 60 oz a day plus popsicles and jello so ?????????????? have a good day everyone and youre all in my prayers lisa 310/265

Hi Christine, I've missed see you around!!!! You are always so inspiring!! Glad to hear your foot is doing well. I've been busy back to work....and the kids are back from Florida...so reality sets in!!! 5 kids in the house, 4 of which are girls...can be trying at times, but things are good. Janean

Hi Christine Miss seeing you on the board. Must be a lot of members are on vacation because the board has been very quiet lately. Glad to hear your foot is healing well. Keep up the good work. Hmmmmmmm Let's see where am I at?? Well, two more weeks and I will be on the losing side I am truly looking forward to the surgery and have been getting the things I will need after I get home. I am not in the least bit nervous; just a little anxious My hubby is recuperating very slowly, but he had a very severe blood infection. I have arranged for someone to come in and administer his IV antibiotics while I am hospitalized so that is some pressure off my mind. I am trying to relax and take it easy before surgery as much as possible. Hope your day is fantastic!!! Don't stay away so long!!! Hi Brenda Well I am so happy to see you I'm not worried about everyone on vacation but I do worry when I don't see you...so the most improtant people (person ) is here..... So glad to hear hubby is doing better and recuperating....and you were able to get someone to come to the house to give him his meds while you will be in the hospital starting on your re-birth ..... Do you have someone who will be taking you to the hospital and bringing you home..... Your time is right around the corner and it will be here before you know it I'm glad you are not nervous I wasn't nervous either when it was my turn I think it is cause we waited so long to get approval and had to fight every step of the way... I remember when they called me to go into the OR and I was getting up on the table I had a BIG smile on my face and the doctor ask me if I was ok I told him I sure am he asked me if I was nervous and I said no and I couldn't stop smiling....... Hey all!! Not too much new news here, just planning this wedding of mine....I will be sooo glad when it's done and over!! Then we can go on vacation a few weeks later!! WA-HOO!!! Hi Christine.... Logan's b-day party was great. He was sooo cute...He had a blast with all his little cousins and friends, plus it was HOT that day so the pool was excellent!!! Now I am planning my wedding, 15 days away!!! Pretty much all set except for the last minute stuff, you know.....Can't wait till it's all done!!! My parents party....They bumped that back till Sept. 3rd ( thank god!!) It's closer to their Anniver. date (Sept. 7th.) BUT.............
