Hello my AMOS family...~hugs~ Just peeking in before leaving for the Dr, I have my 1 month check today and will have to drive 2 hrs to Long Island for a 15 min check, if that. O well, I can get weighted on the Golden Scale and see how much more I lost. I hope you all are doing well, post and lets see if you all are around. The board had been slow lately, I guess so many are out in the nice weather and on vacations. Well just post and say hello.... Take care all.... Debra P
