Anyone have RMSCO insurance?

I was wondering if anyone has RMSCO insurance and if they have covered plastic surgery? I have a consult on August 16th and found a surgeon that accepts RMSCO, but I've talked to a rep at RMSCO and they said they will only cover plastic surgery if it's medically needed. Please give me some good news someone!! Thanks in advance!!
