Short timer

7/11/05 - had my physical yesterday - now the count down from Excellus BC/BS of NY. I am getting very excited now - anyone near Horseheads, NY - WRITE, I have Dr. McKane for a surgeon......

Sue, Now you can sit back and wait... Once you have it all done it is hard to just sit and wait to find out all is approved. I will send my thought and prayers that you hear something great very soon. Take care Debra P

Sue Welcome to the board!! I am in Horseheads and Dr. McKane is my surgeon. When I began this journey, I had Excellus BC/BS and received my approval in about 1 week. Then, in March, our insurance was changed to Aetna, whose criteria is different from BC/BS. I finally got approved last Thursday and my surgery date is the 28th. Hi Sue I am in Horseheads. I had my first appointment today with Dr. Cole and I am SOOOOOOOOO excited. My insurance is also Excellus BC/BS. I hope you get your approval quickly!!! Nice to meet someone from Horseheads.
