Angel needed quickly!

After months of fighting with the insurance company and losing my original surgery date, I finally got approved (last Thursday) and was able to get a surgery date for this Friday (7/15)! I go in today for all my pre-op tests (blood, EKG, chest x-ray) and meet with Dr. Kini again tomorrow. My fiance and I both moved to NY from Nashville TN last fall and do not know many people here. He is waiting for his approval and will be having WLS soon. Anyway, I would like a local angel please. We live in Forest Hills and I am starting the 2nd half of my life this Friday (I turned 50 in April). If anyone out there would like to be my angel, please let me know. I just updated my profile with interests and such so you might want to take a look and see if we have similar interests, but if not, that's ok too. Patten

Hi Patten, Congratulations on your surgery date. I am excited for you. May God bless you with a surgery free of complications and a speedy recovery. I just read your post and noticed that we have the same Dr. He seems to be really good at what he does. I will be having surgery on July 22, and I go for all my pre-op clearance tomorrow, and meet with Kini again tomorrow. I wish you the best of luck, and I will definately have you in my prayers. Hey best of luck with your surgery I had mine in NYC on 4/7/05 and have lost 68lbs. so far. you will be fine and god bless you...Cindy
