Finally Lost it

Hey I just wanted to you all know that I went to the Nutritionist on Friday to see if I had lost any weight yet for my Pre surgery requirements and I have lost 11 Pounds ....I almost fell over 11 pounds doesnt sound like much but last time I stayed at the same weight so now I have 19 left to go
