Hi On Tuesday I will be 3 weeks out. I am wondering if anyone else had a problem with their appetite. I can feel hunger or hunger pangs but I have NO desire to eat. I have to force myself. Is this normal? And will it go away? It keeps making me nervous because I know that I need to get nutrients in. Also, I really need to take liquids for my suppliments and vitamins. Can anyone suggest where and what I should get? I am really afraid of falling behind. I am only able to avg about 30 ozs of fluids a day as well. I keep trying. Thanks for all help Civita

I had no appetite for at least 6 months and eating was a bit of a chore. Even though I wasn't really hungry there was that *head hunger* which feels real but isn't really. As for vitamins, GNC has a chewable that you take two times a day. It actually tastes pretty good and has lots of vitamins and minerals. Also, their 100% whey protein in chocolate tastes just like Nestles Quik. The operative thing is that you are TRYING - keep up the good work.

Civita - You are going through EXACTLY what I was going through at the same point (I'm about 2 weeks ahead of you). At about 5 weeks I've started to get a little appetite (mostly cuz I'm starting to be able to have soft food instead of all blended). I also am not getting enough protein and liquids are a struggle...I'm just doing the best I can! Good luck to you...keep your chin up! Alison
