Hi everyone,
I know I have been gone for a while. I have been so stressed out . I have been stuck at 174-176 for a while . In January my weight was 181.5 lbs. It's now July and I am stuck at 174-176, I am just going . I have to get back on tracK, please . Sometimes I find myself eating things I am not suppossed to. I don't over eat. There are just days that I don't eat my 5 meals. I exercise twice a week. I have been drinking more water but I know it's still not enough. I am just 15 pounds away from making it to the 100lbs loss. I am really going nuts here and so upset.

Hey Mery,
The only thing I can tell you is go back to basics start a food journal and write down everything your eating and then modify it and take out everything you know you shouldn't be eating. If your eating sugar stop if your eating to many white based flour carbs stop and continue to exercise and drink water and you will jump start your weight loss again.
