quick question about protein drinks

hi all i am doing very well still cant do the protein drinks tried to mix it in my tomato soap and still got sicky feeling and a bad headache so what i would like is the sights that everyone keeps talking about were you can get samples and try different flavors to see if any will work for me ???? thanks in advanced also i weighed in yesterday and am dow another 5.5 pounds thats a toltel of 35.5 lbs since 6/20 day of surgery hugs lisa

Great job, Lisa! You can get samples from vitalady.com or bariatricbytes.com. I've found that vitalady has a great variety of samples and they aren't too expensive. But bariatricbytes.com sends you free samples with every order. That's how I found the shake I'm drinking now. My all time fav is unjury (www.unjury.com). They make a great chocolate shake. It's real smooth and not too thick. But my fav is the syntrax perfect chocolate. I mix it with carb countdown milk and a little instant decaf coffee. Couldn't get through the day without it! Lisa, I have tried the samples at bariatric eating.com, the link is right on the side of this board at times. I really like the Nectors, I like the Ice Tea so far. I tried the lemon aid and fuzzy navel and it tasted like protein..EEKKKK but the ice tea was good but then that is just me, you can order the samples with a shaker and give them ALL a try...... Hi Lisa, First, congrats on your weightloss, that's awesome. I ordered from Bariatriceating.com. I haven't found any products yet that I don't like. The nectar tea is great, with a little added splenda tastes just like nestea iced tea. I personally loved the fuzzy navel nectar. The lemonade is okay, but not my favorite. I also love the Matrix Perfect Chocolate (sipping one right now). The Elite Juicers Orange Dreamsicle mixed with some skim milk tasted just like a creamsicle. And the Chocolate Mint Elite reminded me of a girl scout cookie. The Elite shakes when mixed with 5-6 oz of water contain 23 grams of protein, and with skim milk you can add an additional 4-6 grams. They have a great sample pack for like $23-26 which comes with a shaker, and they usually send a couple extra samples with it. I am very pleased with bariatriceating.com.
