Do you want to be creative? Join us in a series of Post-Op Cooking Classes. We are going to have two guest chefs at the next three meetings. Our guest chefs will show you how to prepare their favorite recipes and you will sample t he final product. All foods prepared are bariatric friendly. Recipes will be posted for those that are not able to attend.
