Happy Wednesday
Hey Debra,
Hope all is well with you, and you had a happy 4th and a happy birthday!!
I started work yesterday, and I'm not thrilled, but your right about being in a routine, I just need to make one!
What surprises me is how full I get....I never could have imagined getting full off of a couple of ounces of food, oh, and forgetting to eat!!!! No way, I never forgot to eat before, I hated people who would say, "i forgot to eat lunch or dinner" OMG!!!!! Now I do have to remind myself......a couple of times it was 3pm, and I hadnt eaten yet.....
Have a great day!
Love,
Janean

Hi everyone.
I know it's been awhile that I have been around. Just getting my baring together and started looking for work over again. Just something to help me until I start my career again.
I'm not giving up on the flight attendant thing.
I was told by the airline [the one that let me go] to try again in 6 months. Because they would love to have me work for them. I thought it was nice. Too bad they don't feel that strongly about me working for them now. I heard the class is under 20 people now. So they cut out alot of people.
Anyway, Just wanted to say hello again.
Take care everyone

Hi Debra, and Happy Belated Birthday. I had my surgery a week ago yesterday. I have just started on pureed foods, and let me tell you that that ricotta cheese and sf pudding for breakfast was like a little slice of heaven. I at the cheese first and almost finished the pudding. It is so hard for me to believe that two little medicine cups of food can fill me up the way it does.
I only had a problem with one liquid and that was chicken boullion. I had a cup of it Sunday and within an hour it went right through me. I read the label and it said no carbs and no sugars, but when I read the ingredients closer, the second ingredient in Wylers granules is sugar. Apparently, this was enough to set me off. I wasn't nauseaus or anything else but was in the bathroom four times as if I had taken a laxative if you know what I mean.
Otherwise so far so good. I know that I will be very careful about what goes in my little tummy. If it's not going to be good for my body, it's not going in...period. I did not do all of this preparation, and have my insides turned around to not use the tool properly. This is one time that I can say I'm glad I'm a rule follower. All those years of catholic education payed off .
Have a great day everyone. All the best, Deb

Debra,
I am so glad that all is going well with you....~hugs~ I am still on puree foods myself but I have been just chewing very well, overly well I think... I just can not stand the food all mushed up anymore... All seems to be going well, I eat what I can and then save the rest....
Yes it is very weid that we can eat a little as we do and still be full.... really nice though. Now I see that food is not running my life that I am running the food...
Well take care hun and I am glad all is well......~hugs~
