Happy 4th of July, Everyone!!!!!

Hi Everyone I just wanted to wish everyone a happy holiday weekend. I know for many of you that this weekend is a mini vacation cuz of the extra day off on Monday... and I hope that you all have a fantastic time! I know with all of the festivities that it is easy to forget the important things, but please DON'T forget to take your vitamins, stay hydrated, eat enough protein, and most importantly don't forget to go OOOOooo and Aaahhhh at all the pretty fireworks!!! This is a special weekend for me -- my baby turns 18 on the 4th of July. Where did all those years go to? It seems like only yesterday... Stay safe and have a Happy!! Lisa, Hello hun...~Hugs~ Happy 4th to you as well..... My birthday is July 5th so I always have loved this time of year, I was born at 2:15am so I missed being a 4th of July baby by 2 hr and 15 mins... I hope to see some cool fireworks this weekend.... take care Debra P

Hi Lisa, Thank you for the well wishes!!!! oh and thank you for the post earlier....I am going to go back to some of the basics....cottage cheese, part skim ricotta, pudding........go easy on my tummy.....I was just so looking forward to "regular" food, but it will happen all in due time.
