Roll call come join us
Hi all,
I am heading to Boston tomorrow until Sunday with my 17 yr old niece. We're going to check out the sights and some colleges. Any been on the Duck Tour? My boss suggested it. Sounds like fun!
I'll be starting my week of liquids on July 4th! That surgery date is coming up fast! I remember saying it was 7 weeks away, 6 weeks...and now its 11 days! I have this dry cough I need to get rid of though...I told the doctor when I was there last week and they put me on Singulair and a nose spray. Neither seem to be helping.
I wish you all a safe and fun July 4th weekend!

Yep liquids for the band...it helps shrink the liver (I think!). But liquids include pudding, jello, yogurt, soups (even chunky kind**** pops etc. The same for 2 weeks post op. Thinking about my "last meal" in Boston!
I am so ready for this surgery, but I am starting to get nervous! I never had any kind of surgery before.
Oh get this...Oxford finally called me back and said my surgery was approved since 6/10!!!! Of course I called a million times since that date was was told it was "pending!" Well whatever...at least its been approved right?

Hi Christine, another hot one here today. UGH! I was out and about for a while and have to go to my support group meeting this evening. I can get on the scale and see what Ive done in the last week. I know that my clothes are fitting me looser so Im doing something. LOL
Ive drank 64 oz of water today and will probably have two more 32 oz mugs before the end of the day today, maybe 3.
Ive been having an issue with my left hip, knee, ankle, wrist, elbow, and both shoulders and back lately. I dont know what the hell is going on unless I exercised too hard the other day. (Damn Leslie Sansone! LOL)
On top of it, my neuropathy is really acting up. This is strange because my sugars are under control completely yet my neuropathy. I guess I should call my doctor. UGH@
Have a great day everyone!
