Good morning everyone I hope everyone is getting ready for their long week-end I always look forward to long week-end but then again the are not long enough please join us in roll call there are many people who would love to hear from you....and to talk to so join us..... I have an open invitation to you to come and have a relaxing BBQ for the 4th nothing fancy but you can soak up the sun cool off in the pool and just sit back and eat healthy...and drink lots of water....sugar free cool aid, crystal lite or you could come and jus****ch....... MY FAMILY GETS TOGHTHER SO WE WILL HAVE A PARTY ON SUNDAY BECAUSE I WON'T REALLY BE ABLE TO CELERBRATE THE 4TH SINCE MY SURGERY IS ON THE 5TH. Good morning! Nice to see everyone! I'm back to work tomorrow just in time for a 3 day weekend!! I think it'll be perfect though - dip my toe back in and then have a little more time to get my strength back.
