Completed all my Pre-op Dr's
Hello, Yesterday I completed my last Pre-op Dr. Appt with the Psch Dr. I am done. They said they will fax my Surgeon in about a week then its just wait for Approval and a Surgery Date. My Surgeon said that based on my medical I should have no problem being Approved for the Surgery the First time. I am getting very anxious and ready to go. Surgeon said that he will be in touch with me in a couple weeks to let me know whats going on.

Like you said, now the waiting begins. 
Waiting, for me, is the worst part of the whole journey. 
I am still waiting.

Now the waiting comes to play....
I would be calling the pych by the end of the week to see when they are going to sent it...
This way you can call your surgeon to see what is up. I had to stay on top of it so it would make me feel better... I hate waiting....
Yes and when you get your date it is the most awesome feeling....
As my date got closer I started to get kind of "blah" about it all and now I know that was me starting to mourn for all the foods I can not have for a long while but it gets better as your start to feel better. Seems not everyone goes through that but I was in "love" with my food.
Well I just wish you the best 
and let us know as soon as you hear anything...~hugs~

I had to do a re-take of bloods yesterday, due to a low calcium count. If all shows well with these bloods, my Doc promises a July date for me..... So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Well continued luck on your journey, and hopefully we'll both be hangin out on the losers bench together real soon!!!

Congratulations on finishing all your appointments. I know I have at least one more this Friday with my PCP and then the waiting begins for insurance approval. And, of course, my smoking -- I'm trying, but still having some. One day at a time.
I wish you much luck on getting your date soon and good we have this website for support.
