I just want to thank everyone for their support. It's great to know we're not alone. I find myself reading this site several times a day and it's been a GREAT help. I'm SO looking forward to my appointment July 12 and even more so looking forward to getting the surgery. Tara W is my daughter and just to let you know she looks GREAT!!!! I'm so glad she's my daughter. I couldn't ask for a better one. She is always there for me. I hope everything goes as well for me as it has for her. Again I say Thank You to all!!!!!

Andrea Hello! Welcome to the board! I know Tara and have met you at a WLS support group meeting. I think it is wonderful that you have finally received the support from your PCP to have WLS. Hope to see you at the August WLS group meeting. That is unless I am just getting home from my WLS. As Tara knows, there are wonderful people on this board who can answer most questions, listen to problems and give extensive love and support. Andrea, It is amazing how muck=h this site will help you. I had a horrible time finding a Psch Dr. and all I did was put up a Post and I had one it about 30 Minutes. Also any Insurance questions can be answered. Its amazing. Remember you are not going through this alone. We have a load of Brothers and sisters joining us and willing to help us on our Journey. I far cry from outside world people who say OH just lose wait. These are people who truly care about you and not only are willing but are anxious to help you. I cant tell you how much I appreciate everyone. I am finishing my Pre-op Dr's tomorrow then its sit and wait for Approval and a Date. ANDREA this site is the best, i read it everyday as i was pre op until surgery. NOW im almost one month post op and still reading and posting daily. I learn so much from this site. ITS THE BEST!! I told you Mom that this site is awesome!! I am so glad that my Dr office reccomended it to me! Everyone is so quick to support you and share their experiences with you. To me this board has not only been a great support system, but a great tool to help me along in my journey! Thanks Tara
