3 month check-up

Today I had my three month check up. I am actually about 3 1/2 months out. I am down 61 lbs. Which brings me down another catagory on the BMI chart. I am now just obese!! And I am happy about that...lol. I think I am on a stand still or a slow moving scale anyway. I have only lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks. That stinks, but I am down 61 total, and that is a good thing! On another note...I have started to lose my hair. I talked to the Dr about it and he said that it will stop falling out around my 6th month mark. I guess time will tell how much I will lose. Well until next time... I am keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers! Tara

Dear Tara, Congratulations! That is wonderful. Keep up the good work. I will keep you in my prayers. I'm still in the beginning process -- now just need a letter from my PCP to Dr. Cooperstone. I have my appt. next Friday to discuss what needs to go in the letter. I'm excited about getting on the losing side. Debbie

Thanks Debra! I am not sure what I am going to do about it yet. I know that I want to increase on the activity and I have been, but I think I will get more aggressive with it. Thanks again! Tara
