I'm so sad..................

Well, I'm scheduled for friday, Oxford approve me monday.........3 different people approved it and today some paper pusher calls to tell me that they are taking back my approval, because of some insurance technicality.........related to pre existing and conditions and previous coverage............I'm so sad !!!!!!!!! angry, dissapointed.....Thaks for all ur kind words and prayers................Maria

There has to be something we can do about these insurance companies. Regardless of the wishes of Your Doctor, your Surgeon, and yourself, they still get the final say. It's amazing. Something needs to happen.

I would call Oxford again and ask to speak to a supervisor. Insurance companies are not supposed to be allowed to claim pre-existing conditions anymore. What could they possibly be saying is a pre-existing condition? Make lots of noise and get the doctor's office on it too. I will keep you in my prayers. Joanne

Maria, Hun I am so sorry and I would fight it now if I was you. Do not let them get away with that....I hate these freakin Ins Comp, what a racket....
