Roll Call (Happy Hump Day)

Hello everyone It's so good to be here.... how is everyone doing..... I went back to the foot doctor today someone steped on my foot yesterday and knocked a pin out of one of the bones so he put a splint on it and now I have to wear a boot that weight a ton just like I use to ....I am doing good my weight has slowed down but that is part of the process but when this happens you just have to hang in there and continue in this journey of ours..you know put your best foot forward...... Today it is suppose to rain but I guess we really could use it.....so no complaining about it.... Happy hump day we are mid-way thru the week I will be in late tomorrow since my daughter has her stepping up ceremony, and I am off Friday for my sons stepping up ceremony..... So what are your plans for the rest of the week or week-end.....I hope you all have a great day Remember to take your vitamin's, water and exercise, sign some surgery pages.... Christine

Hi Christine, Sounds painful to have a pin knocked out!!!! The boot will help keep your foot safe...I had surgery on my foot and had to where the boot for about 6 weeks, very awkward, my knickname was gimpy. Enjoy the kids stepping up ceremonies, hopefully the schoold wont be too hot. Rain would be better. Janean

Hey PEOPLE! Greeting from KY. Today is the first day of class and we had out test today on city codes and the 24 hours clock. I passed with 100% I'm so happy. Now I'm on a break and then we go back at 1pm. I will talk to you all soon. I heard the next 4 weeks are going to be busy with alot of studing! Please keep me in prayer Love Maria

Hi there Deb it's always nice to see you My poor stephaine she fell when she was running and cut her face up her nose broke her teeth cut up her chin,shoulder and knees, I feel so bad for her to go to the ceremony like that but I'm still gonna take picture cause no matter what she is beautiful...... OHMYGOD Christine I cannot believe someone stepped on your foot. That really S@#KS! I really missed seeing you on the boards. I checked in with Evelyn though and knew you were OK. Glad the surgery is over. I seem to be struggling with the mourning of food. I don't know it just doesn't seem to get better for me. I was fat and unhappy now I'm 130 pounds thinner and still unhappy. Oh well, I'm sure it will pass, at least I hope it does. Thanks, Tina

Drinking all my water, eating my protein, taking my viatmins/calcium, going to the gym 4 nights a week,....just like a model WL patient!! LMAO...model huh? Well Lisa it sounds like you can be a model you are at goal congratulations you have done great.... Sounds like you are doing well in the intake department too...so yes you can be a roll model too.....before you know it you will be the WLS poster girl for your surgeon..... So glad you stop in for roll call....hope to see you more often... Christine
