1st Nutritionist appt tomorrow

Okay so tomorrow is my "official" starting date for my surgery. I get to see the nutritionist. From this point on its supposed to take about 6 months before I have surgery. Is there any questions that my daughter and I should ask the nutritionist? (My daughter is having the surgery too) I have read so much information that I think I could possibly write a book, LOL, but I dont want to get home and then think, "shoot! I should have asked her XYZ!" Any ideas? Thanks so much! HUGSSSSSSSSS to all Laurie

Hi Laurie Good Luck at the nutritionist to both you and your daughter. I'm sure once you get in there and begin talking with her, everything you want to know will start poppin right into your head. You will be fine. Like you I am Pre-op,and recently had my first nutritionist appt. It went well, but everything she told me I already knew from all my research. Laurie, Hun I also had to do the 6 month weight loss program for my Ins Comp only, I was upset at first but it happened for a reason and it went very quick. I wish you the same, that is goes very quick and you have the time to really research and learn more about this new lifestyle.... Just have the Nurtionist go over what you have to do before and after the surgery, the needs and requirements. She/He should know what is needed after surgery. I wish you the best hun, Debra P
