Update on me

I went for my follow up today with my surgeon. I am just over 7 months out. I have lost 115 pounds!!! It is an amazing feeling! I have absolutely NO regrets. I have not gotten sick (naseous, yes, but not thrown up). I LOVE excercising, something I never thought I would say. My surgeon has saved my life and completely changed it. I know now is the time it will start to get harder, I am going to really have to start working this tool. The first 6 months everything just seems to melt off, but I am not done, and I will keep on going!!! Janet

Hi Janet Congrats on the 115 lbs... That's terrific!!! I so understand what you are saying about exercising and how you like it now... I have become the same way and its amazing to me as well... I am in my 6th month right now and I notice it's not coming off as fast but I plan to work even harder now... Glad you're doing so well and keep up that fantastic work!! Chelle

Tina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My surgery twin. I know I have been soooo bad about staying on the boards. I check them often and read alot but don't seem to post too much. I have been updating my profile so that is one good thing. I do have to get some help from OH on getting newer pics up there though! I checked up on your profile, you are doing fantastic as well!
