Hi everyone I have been away from this site for the past week, and am at a standstill. My brother in law past away last weekend in a racing accident. They think he had a massive heart attack, he was 37. It has been terrible on us as a family. He lived next door to us and he and my husband owned there business together, I don't think they were ever apart. Well I need to get back on track in my weight loss efforts. I have not been eating right when I do remember to eat. Any helpful information on how to get back on track would be appreciated. I will be six weeks post op tomorrow. Also if you could keep our family in your prayers I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Debbie

My condolences to you , Debbie. When I need to get back on track - and even a year and a half out that sometimes happens - I go back to a day of creamies, like yogurt, cream of wheat, protein shakes. It helps to shrink back the tiny tummy a little bit and redirect my relationship to food. I take a nice hot lavender bath [very relaxing] and while I do, I play some quiet music, light some candles and meditate on my goals. Before you know it, you will be right back in the swing of things! have a wonderful week!

Debbie, I am so sorry to hear about the loss you and your family have endured. I'm only 4 weeks out, but I think just go back to the basics or water, protein, and vitamins. Janean

So sorry Debbie to hear of your loss. I'm sure it has been very difficult... As far as getting back on track, eat your protiens of course and then go for your veggies and fruits.... I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Take care....(hugs) Karry 311/182/167 goal
