Help
Hi everyone
I have been away from this site for the past week, and am at a standstill. My brother in law past away last weekend in a racing accident. They think he had a massive heart attack, he was 37. It has been terrible on us as a family. He lived next door to us and he and my husband owned there business together, I don't think they were ever apart.
Well I need to get back on track in my weight loss efforts. I have not been eating right when I do remember to eat. Any helpful information on how to get back on track would be appreciated. I will be six weeks post op tomorrow.
Also if you could keep our family in your prayers I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks
Debbie
My condolences to you , Debbie. When I need to get back on track - and even a year and a half out that sometimes happens - I go back to a day of creamies, like yogurt, cream of wheat, protein shakes. It helps to shrink back the tiny tummy a little bit and redirect my relationship to food. I take a nice hot lavender bath [very relaxing] and while I do, I play some quiet music, light some candles and meditate on my goals. Before you know it, you will be right back in the swing of things!
have a wonderful week!
