Ist weigh in

Hi everyone, I went to the Dr. today for my first post-op. In 11 days I lost 9 lbs since surgeryfor a total of 27 lbs!!!! Hoorray. I feel great the only problem I have is Thrush on my tounge. Has anyone else had that ? How long before it goes away? They gave me this stuff like a mouth wash to use 4 times a day for 7 days, tastes terrible. Don't have to go back for 4 weeksand can start exercise in 2 weeks. Have a great weekend all. Andrea

Hi Andrea Congrats on the amazing weight loss!! Your are doing wonderful.. I went to the library in this site and typed in "thrush" and came up with this post, there are a few more so check out the library for suggestions.. " when I went to the docs he said it was "hairy tongue." He said some studies link it to B vitamin deficiency. I thought that would probably be a good explanation since I know people have that after surgey. I've just been taking my multi lately, but should I add the B12 vitamin on top? Anyone else have this?"
