any ds doctors that use UHC as in-network?

I had just called lenox hill and doctor roslin's office and found out that they only take out of network benefits from UHC. Does anyone know of a dr that takes UHC in network?

Yes but what you don't understand is that Mitch ACCEPTS THE OUT-OF-NETWORK fee with no additional charge to you (other than the additional consult). He is worth all the effort, believe me!

Some UHC plans don't have out of network benefits. I have the EPO and have no benefits with an out of network doctor. Dr. Garber's office indicated to me that Dr. Holover will be accepting UHC as of 7/1.

Oh my goodness! Melissa I love you!! Thank you so much for that info! My UHC pays 80% out of network.. and I was trying to calculate how much I'd still have to pay at 20%. The lady on the phone asked me if I had OON benefits and I was like, yes, but thinking to myself where I would come up with the rest of the money!

Hi Chaton ... Just make sure that Lenox Hill Hospital is covered by UHC because I don't believe they operate the same way. Good luck and God bless.
