Hi everyone, just got back from the dr's.... Lost another 10 lbs, which makes the total 31 lbs in 6 weeks! I realize that I am a slow loser and need to get more water in, but the Dr says that I was a "lightweight" to begin with... I dont see how that's possible I looked at him like he was!!! But I do need to get more excerise in too! My next appt is in 2 months and he wants me to be under 200, 27 lbs, I told him that I will make it happen... Thanks to everyone who has been there for me and who answers all my questions... I love you guys! Gia

Who says that's slow? 31 lbs. in 6 weeks is great. Once you start getting that exercise in, you'll see the pounds will melt away. You're doing great!!! ~~Joanne~~

Thanks Joanne... I know I have to exercise... I do chase after my 16 month old all day, so I guess that counts as exercise...lol, I know, I really need to exercise... But i'm trying! Gia

Congrats Gia. That's fantastic, you must feel great. I'm in the beginning process of scheduling my surgery and looking forward to being on the losing side. Regards, Debbie
