MOTHER OF 3 NEED CLOTHES LOST EVERTHING IN APT Fire

Mother needs help with PLUS SIZE CLOTHES 34 year old Mother of 3 lives here in Houston lost everything in an Apt. fire. She is a super size lady and clothes are need desperately. She wears between a 4x to 5x-6x if you have any clothes you would like to donate, I would be glad to pay for shipping. She is on a fixed income of less than 800.00 a month clothes are the one thing she couldn't afford to buy so if you have anything please again help. local agency like our local church are having a hard time finding large size clothes second hand and we can't afford new. please email me at [email protected]

Dawn, Hun I really wish I could help but I don't have those size clothes or know of someone that might.. I do however want to send my thought and prayers to her and the family. I went through that in Jan of this year, very sad and upsetting. I hope not one was hurt or killed in the fire... I know that the Red Cross was a life saver but it was still harder for me to get clothes being plus size then my hubby. They even made an exception and gave me the money for Fashion Bug instead of Target because I could not find anything my size. Debra, Thank you for your prayers. The Red Cross has been great but like you that did not help her and they can't make an exception so she was only able to get new underwear. Thanks again God Bless

Hi Dawn... I am so sorry to hear of this tragedy. I AM in the midst of cleaning out my closets, and I do have some 4x things. I may have 3 pair of capris, a few shirts and maybe a bra or 2. The only thing that I would ask, because I too am on a fixed budget, is that the S&H charges be sent in advance... any extra would be re-imbursed in the clothing package. If you feel the need, because I too have been ripped off by the clothing exchange, you can ask anyone on the NY board about me... I know many personally, and converse with others on a daily basis. Dawn I am so sorry to hear about your friend's loss. I have lots of 3x - 4x and a couple 4x, but unfortunately, I am still using them. I am hoping to be scheduled in late July or early August.
