Questions again

Hello All, I am so confused what to eat and not, so scared of getting upset tummy.....grrrrrr..... Ok let me as you all......what are some guidelines for Sugar and Fat? Meaning what is the % of each do you not go over? I got peaches packed in water with spenda but when I opened them it seemed so thick and they are sooooo sticky (sugar). They read: Carbs = 7g or 2% Sugars = 6 g or 3% That sounds high no? This is all so confusing to me right now.... Thanks again all Debra P

Hi Debra, When I have fruit in a can or container like that I drain it and then wa****It helps take the sweetness out..... I don't eat anything with more than 5 grams of sugar or I become sick...I think we are all different though....As far as carbs I eat quite a few so I'm really no help there...... Good Luck! Hey baby!! Welcome to the Loser's bench! I, personally, can handle up to 30 grams of sugar and 10 grams of fat. (unfortunately) But then I am 6 months out. Everyone is different, but I would suggest at this stage for you... 0 grams of both!! or close to. Stick with your jello, ice pops, and broth! I didn't worry about protein for the 1st month.
