Hello All,
I am so confused what to eat and not, so scared of getting upset tummy.....grrrrrr.....
Ok let me as you all......what are some guidelines for Sugar and Fat?
Meaning what is the % of each do you not go over? I got peaches packed in water with spenda but when I opened them it seemed so thick and they are sooooo sticky (sugar).
They read:
Carbs = 7g or 2%
Sugars = 6 g or 3%
That sounds high no?
This is all so confusing to me right now....

Hi Debra,
When I have fruit in a can or container like that I drain it and then wa****It helps take the sweetness out.....
I don't eat anything with more than 5 grams of sugar or I become sick...I think we are all different though....As far as carbs I eat quite a few so I'm really no help there......

I, personally, can handle up to 30 grams of sugar and 10 grams of fat. (unfortunately) But then I am 6 months out. Everyone is different, but I would suggest at this stage for you... 0 grams of both!! or close to. Stick with your jello, ice pops, and broth! I didn't worry about protein for the 1st month.
