Hi all, This is very embarressing for me but i need the info so imwilling to put it out there... I have PCOS and I have alot of hair growth in places it should not be I wax 2x a week.... and conseal it well.. but you know if I wanted to go someplace w/somebody for a weekend it would be hard to be so up front/close and personal...... My dr, said there may be a possibility after I lose some weight that the hair growth would lessen and be easer to manage... and maybe it would still remain the same.. Well I have lost -125lbs and there has been no change in the hair growth.....(what a bummer) Im interested in laser hair removal and would really appreciate any of your experiences with it... peace kathleen

I just recently read an article about this in my doctor's office (O Magazine 5 Year Anniversary Issue) ... Laser hair removal can be quite expensive (like $1000 for legs per session) and will take several (3-5) sessions to reduce hair growth to 50-90% of original growth ... If you keloid, both laser hair removal and electrolysis could be a problem. Sorry I can't share better/cheaper news. Good luck!

I e-mailed an office here in Pasadena Ca,and they told me that the consultation is free and they charge $75 a sessions, and for the chin area it will take about5-8 sessions.I think 1 month in between sessions. I will look for the website and send it to you,They have offices in different states. Hugs Roser

Roser13Cordova Thank you so much for the info. I went to a place and got a package deal for my face = cheeks, chin& under chin $1000. I got my first session done and go back in a month... It really hurts, but they do not do it for too long, (the pain is bariable...) Thanks again all the best peace kathleen
