nuts??

I have recently read posts that nuts are good for you. Anyway...there are so many kinds and such a range of nutritional value that I would like to know which variety is the best for us overall?? Take Care, Roxanne

i eat every nut i can get my hands on mostly mixed Stacy 232/139 at goal!!!!

pistachio nuts are really great because they are lower in calories and fat, but still have the protein. 30 pistachios = 99 calories, 7g fat, 3.5g protein. 1/4 cup raw peanuts = 201 calories, 17 g fat, 9g protein 14 walnut halves = 186 calories, 18 g fat, 4.3 g protein 1 oz. cashews = 178 calories, 14 g fat, 5 g protein. Those are the only nuts I eat, so they are the only ones I have info on. Hope that helps!
