Went to the Dr today and....

I'VE LOST A TOTAL OF 74 LBS!!!! I'm loving my new self right now! I can't believe how fast the weight is just melting away. I mean I lost 6 lbs in one week! I'm doing the happy dance for me! Here's to continued success for my AMOS family! Barb 342/268/hoping for 160
