Thank you very much.... I need it... as far as weight lost, I'm not too happy about the numbers.... my scale says only 2 lbs this week... and I dont know what I am doing wrong... I know that I'm not walking as much, this weather stinks.... and i'm having a hard time with my liquids... I am retaining water.... I know that... so maybe that's the reason why my loss is slow....I have been bad
been picking on food like mashed potatoes and ff cheese and last night I had 2 bites of grilled chicken... The wedding I went to on Sunday, I had a bite of mushroom,a pc of toast with tomato and garlic and a few bites of mashed potatoes (over a 6 hour period) and I lost 1 lb the next day..... make any sense to you?

Hun maybe someone else can answer you here because I am still not sure, learning myself but I do know getting the liquids really helps with weight loss. Also I know went you diet that eathing to little can slow your body down so maybe your not getting enough protein?.....
I wish I had the answer for you and I am sure I will be asking that in a couple of weeks/month....
